If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the rubber stamps you have ordered, you can send them back to us for a full refund of the price of the stamps. No questions asked.
If there are errors on your stamps, regardless of how the error occurred, we will remake the stamp to your satisfaction. Send us back the stamps along with your instructions on how to remake it to meet your needs and we will do what it takes to make it right.
We are more interested in long term relationships with our customers than the small profit we could make on one custom rubber stamp.
