New Hampshire Licensed Architect Seal Requirements

Upon issuance of an initial license to an applicant as a licensed architect, the licensee shall acquire an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design specified by these rules. This seal shall bear the licensee’s name and number as shown on the license. The seal shall consist of 2 concentric circles with the outer circle having a diameter 1-9/16 inches and the inner circle diameter 15/16 of an inch. In the space between the circles at the top shall be the words “Licensed Architect” and at the bottom shall be the words “The State of New Hampshire.” In the space inside the inner circle shall be the full name of the licensee and the license number written horizontally.

New Hampshire Professional Engineer Seal Requirements

The board shall upon issuance of a license to an applicant as a licensed engineer, require the licensee to acquire an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design specified by these rules. This seal shall bear the licensee’s name and number as shown on the license. The seal shall consist of 2 concentric circles with the outer circle having a diameter of 1-9/16 inches and the inner circle diameter 15/16 of an inch. In the space between the circles at the top shall be the words “State of New Hampshire” and at the bottom “Professional Engineer.” In the space inside the inner circle shall be the full name of the licensee and the license number written horizontally. At the bottom of the inner circle shall be the word “Licensed.”

New Hampshire Professional Geologist Seal Requirements

The board shall upon issuance of a license to an applicant as a licensed geologist, require the licensee to acquire an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design specified by these rules. This seal shall bear the licensee’s name and number as shown on the license. The seal shall consist of 2 concentric circles with the outer circle having a diameter of 1-5/8 inches and the inner circle diameter 1-1/4 of an inch. In the space between the circles at the top shall be the words “State of New Hampshire” and at the bottom “Professional Geologist.” In the space inside the inner circle shall be the full name of the licensee above an image of a crossed geological hammer and compass. The license number shall be written so as to span the image. The word “Licensed” shall be written at the bottom following the curve of the inner circle, above the words “Professional Geologist.”

New Hampshire Licensed Land Surveyor Seal Requirements

Upon issuance of a license to an applicant as a licensed land surveyor, the licensee shall obtain an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design specified by these rules. This seal shall bear the licensee’s name and number as shown on the license. The seal shall consist of 2 squares with the outer square 1-9/16 inches and the inner square 1-1/2 inches. In the space inside the inner square shall be a transit within the full name of the licensee and the license number written horizontally. On the left side of the transit the words “State of New Hampshire” shall appear, and on the right side of the transit the words “Licensed Land Surveyor.” At the bottom of the stamp there shall be a line for the licensee’s signature.

New Hampshire Licensed Landscape Architect Seal Requirements

The board shall upon issuance of a license to an applicant as a licensed landscape architect require the licensee to acquire an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design approved by these rules and submit the seal to the board for approval. This seal shall bear the licensee’s name and number as shown on the license. The seal shall consist of 2 concentric circles with the outer circle having a diameter of 1-5/8 inches and the inner circle diameter of 1-1/4 inches. In the space between the circles, the top shall be the words “Licensed Landscape Architect” and at the bottom “State of New Hampshire.” In the space inside the inner circle shall be the full name of the licensee and the license number written horizontally. The entire seal shall be encircled by 12 leaves bringing the outside diameter to 1-7/8 inches.

New Hampshire Certified Soil Scientist Seal Requirements

Upon issuance by the board of a certificate to an applicant as a certified soil scientist, the certificate holder shall acquire an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design approved by these rules and submit the seal to the board for approval. This seal shall bear the certificate holder’s name and number as shown on the certificate. The seal shall consist of 2 concentric circles, the outer circle having a diameter of 1.6 inches and an inner circle having a diameter of 1.4 inches. In the space between the 2 circles there shall be the words “State of New Hampshire” at the top of the circle and the words “Certified Soil Scientist” at the bottom of the circle. In the space inside the inner circle a tile spade shall be depicted horizontally and centered. Below the image of the tile spade shall appear the certificate number of the soil scientist. Above the image of the tile space shall appear the soil scientists name.

New Hampshire Certified Wetland Scientist Seal Requirements

Upon issuance by the board of a certificate to an applicant as a certified wetland scientist, the certificate holder shall acquire an impression type seal or rubber stamp of the design approved by these rules and submit the seal to the board for approval. This seal shall bear the certificate holder’s name and number as shown on the certificate. The seal shall consist of 2 concentric circles, the outer circle having a diameter of 1.6 inches and an inner circle having a diameter of 1.4 inches. In the space between the 2 circles there shall be the words “State of New Hampshire” at the top of the circle and the words “Certified Wetland Scientist” at the bottom of the circle. In the space inside the inner circle cross-section of a wetland boundary shall be depicted. The depiction shall include a view of trees, shrubs, shallow marsh and aquatic plants. Below the image of the wetland boundary shall appear the certificate number of the wetland scientist. Above the image of the wetland boundary shall appear the wetland scientist’s name.
