Date stamps, also referred to as daters, are available in several sizes and can have personalized custom text added to them to fit your needs.

Date Stamp Impressions

The stamp that meets your specific needs is a matter of how much versatility you need versus how long you wish to use the same date stamp, and we are here to help you find the perfect fit. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-866-667-1133.

Self Inking Date Stamps

Self Inking Date StampsSelf inking date stamps have an inkpad built into the frame so that it automatically re-inks the stamp between each impression.

These date stamps are the most widely used for their ease of operation and their ability to make thousands of repetitive impressions without re-inking, saving you time and money.

You can choose between two brands for the self inking date stamp that is right for your needs.

Pre-Inked Date Stamps

Pre-Inked Date StampsPre-inked date stamps have special bands that retain oil based ink. The special oil based ink allows the user to stamp up to 50,000 times without needing to re-ink the machine, meaning the lowest cost per impression for your stamp.

These special date stamps provide a crisp, clear impression every time and the greatest value for high volume date stamping needs.

We offer the premier brand for pre-inked date stamps for your business.

Non Self Inking Date Stamps

Non Self Inking Date StampsTraditional date stamps require an ink pad to mark the impression on paper. These daters make it easy for you to change the color of ink, use special fast-drying inks, and align the impression on home or office documents. This gives you more flexibility. Traditional date stamps can simply stamp the date or be customized with text.

100 Best 2010

100 Best 2010

Nearly 20,000 employees from 303 participated in the 17th annual ranking of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon survey. With 15 employees and a 3,500-square-foot office space in downtown Gresham, Stamp-Connection took No. 3 on the list of Best Small Companies.

“With just $1.25 million in annual gross revenues, Stamp-Connection is one of the smallest companies to make the 100 Best. The company won points for offering 100% percent paid health care for families of employees and paid maternity and paternity leave. But the category that vaulted Stamp-Connection to No. 3 on the list of Best Small Companies was decision-making and trust.” (Oregon Business, March 2010).

  • Always re-ink your iStamp rubber stamp with the same color of the original stamp
  • Remove the handle
  • Determine the amount of ink needed for your size / model number
  • Small to mid-sized stamps require 3 to 5 drops of iStamp refill ink per port
  • Large stamps require 5 to 8 drops of iStamp refill ink per port
  • Place the required amount of iStamp ink into the ink ports
  • Reattach the handle
  • Let stamp sit for two hours before use to allow ink to soak into stamp

We receive this question a lot and so I have edited this post to add some graphics to help show each step a little more clearly.  Each stamp looks a little different however the steps are basically the same.

Remove the inkpad.

Remove the inkpad from the stamp here.

Locking button on side

You can press the locking buttons on the side as you push down.

  • Push down the stamp about 1/4″ to the lock line and then slide the red button into the lock position
  • Pull out the ink pad completely from the machine and flip over
  • Put a few drops of refill ink onto the pad surface and allow it to soak in
  • Place the ink pad back into the machine and stamp down to unlock
