How to align your Dave Anderson Oil Based Stamp
1. Remove cover and place stamp over the right side of a $1 bill.
2. Line up the bottom of the stamp with the "loopy" line just below the words "Secretary of the Treasury."
3. Line up the left side of the stamp with George's cheekbone (his left, your right).
4. Depress the stamp lightly and release. Do not press too hard or too long.
