In the State of Nebraska, the official seal of a Notary Public must be an ink rubber stamp with which the Notary Public shall authenticate all of their official acts.
The official seal must have an imprint that contains the name of the Notary Public exactly as it appears on their application and bond, and the words “State of Nebraska”, “General Notary” or “General Notarial”. Optionally, the commission expiration date may be included.
