The State of Oregon requires each Notary Public to use a rectangular rubber stamp as their official notary seal, although an embosser may be used in addition, but not in place of the rubber stamp notary seal.
The dimensions of the circular embosser must not exceed two inches in diameter.
The notary embosser must include the NAME OF THE NOTARY (centered at the top between two circles), "STATE OF OREGON" (centered at the bottom between two circles), and the word "NOTARY"above the word "PUBLIC" both centered with in the inner circle.
