The notary seal must contain the Oregon state seal located in the upper left corner, and the following words "OFFICIAL SEAL", NAME OF NOTARY (in Bold), "NOTARY PUBLIC - OREGON", "COMMISSION NO." (followed by the commission number), and "MY COMMISSION EXPIRES" (immediately followed by the Notary's commission expiration).
