The State of Tennessee requires the use of a round rubber stamp as an official notary seal. 

The notary seal can not be in black or yellow ink and must be designed to leave a clear impression that is reproducible.  

The notary seal should contain the Notary Public's official name, the words "Tennessee Notary Public", and the county of election.  The words "State of" can be omitted.
