The State of Wyoming allows each Notary Public the use of either rubber stamp or an embossing that is photographically reproducible as their official notary seal.
The embossing seal must be circular and less than 2" in diameter. The rubber stamp should be rectangular (no more than .75" wide and 2.5" wide) with a serrated or milled border.
To be legally recognized, the notary seal must contain the name of the Notary, the words "Notary Public", the name of the county in which the Notary resides and "Wyoming".
State officials allow the commission expiration date to be written in the seal by hand after "My Commission Expires (date)."
