No-Fault Error Policy
Providing quality pre-inked and self-inking stamps to our customers is our main goal at Stamp-Connection . If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the stamp you have ordered, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you, no matter what the error might be.
Even if you supplied the wrong information, or the type style you chose does not meet your specific needs, we will manufacture a new stamp at no additional cost. If we cannot meet your needs with a replacement stamp, we will issue a full refund for the price of the stamp.
