West Virginia Professional Engineer Seal Requirements
Every registrant shall obtain a seal for use in identifying his or her official professional work. The design of the seal shall be determined by the board and shall bear the registrant’s name, registrant’s registration number, the legend “registered professional engineer, state of West Virginia” and such other words or figures as the board may prescribe. The seal may be a rubber stamp. No further words or wording are required. A facsimile signature is not acceptable.
West Virginia Landscape Architect Seal Requirements
Each licensee must have a seal, authorized by the board, which seal shall include the licensee’s name and the words: “Professional Landscape Architect, State of West Virginia,” and any other words or figures prescribed by the board.
West Virginia Professional Surveyor Seal Requirements
The types of seals approved by the Board are the stamp seal, embossing seal and digital seal. The licensee shall have in his or her possession a stamp or embosser. The seal shall contain the following information:
