Our Industrial Hi-seal stamp pads use an air-tight lock to ensure a long life for the inking surfaces. When you receive your stamp pad, it will be (un-inked). When adding ink to your stamp pad until, add a few drops and allow the ink to fully saturated. Allow 15 minutes before using.
